《血染相思谷》是1957年上映的香港爱情片，由楚原、秦剑执导，嘉玲、谢贤领衔主演。影片讲述叶菁与马来少女苏莲娜相恋，却遭母亲阻挠，娜不忿，扬言向菁下“降头”。菁回唐山后，爱上表妹紫薇，令表姊蓝怡妒火中烧。薇、怡先后遇难，菁以为被“降头”所害，找娜寻仇，事后却发现旧居的艳鬼竟是怡，原来一切都是怡夺爱的阴谋。
