German author, comedian, director, producer, stuntman and musician. He became known as an ensemble member of the comedy series RTL Samstag Nacht, of which he was a member from 1995 to 1998, and as the inventor of the KiKA character Bernd das Brot, for which he was awarded the Adolf Grimme Prize in 2004.
