Milo Meijer is an unorthodox young lawyer who truly has his heart in the right place and this is evident from the large number of pro bono cases he advocates. As a modern Robin Hood with legal training, he stands up for the rights of those who need the law most. He won't make you rich, but that's not exactly his goal. In each episode, Milo addresses issues of social relevance with his partner Koen Vermaat and his assistant Eva De Bouw. The result is variable. Sometimes they lose, but they are the moral victors. The other time they win, but discover that something else has been lost in the process. The fact is that Milo and his companions always get to the bottom of the matter to discover the truth. The professional and personal life of the teacher Milo Meijer is also followed outside the courthouse. The ruthless lawyer and fatal woman Lucille Mullens plays a major role in this, as does her assistant Eva hers.
