　　拍卖公司总经理张仲平在承揽胜利大厦拍卖业务的过程中，面临妻子唐雯侄子徐艺自立门户的挑战，同时遭遇徐艺的同学与暗恋对象、电视台记者曾真的激情。作为一个内心信仰尚存，遵循商业规则且颇有家庭责任感的中年男人，张仲平一方面要阻止妄图一夜暴富的徐艺剑走偏锋的疯狂行为，一方面要在两个聪明犀利的女人之中寻找平衡并尽量减少对她们的感情伤害。错综复杂的情爱关系，险象环生的商场争战，这突如其来的一切使张仲平陷入前所未有的矛盾漩涡，几度濒临现实和情感的绝境，但内心至善至真的力量引领他经受住了纷乱复杂的现实磨砺。
