《北京味道》是北京电视台生活频道倾力打造的6集大型人文美食纪录片，被称为城市版《舌尖上的中国》，但又不同于“舌尖”讲述人与自然的和谐之道，《北京味道》的创作者们将目光投向了漂泊于城市，远离家乡，失去孩提时味道体验的城市人，关怀一座城市2000余万人的味蕾记忆，探寻人与城市、美食的和谐之道。展现城市、人与美食的微妙关系，关照北京当下生活，从美食，以及围绕美味而工作生活的人们的角度，努力探寻专属于北京的味道。
