运动点燃热血，夏日见证少年。湖南卫视《运动吧少年》即将于7月11日正式上线，张继科搭档林小宅、傅园慧搭档吉克隽逸、林丹搭档刘烨组成三组领队，助力33位少年开赛。 《运动吧少年》是一档全新模式、全新风格的综艺。节目组通过运动的经历、能力、理解和态度四个维度，耗时一年多共集齐了 33 位 Z 世代(95后)新少年的代表。33位少年平均年龄22岁，他们不仅拥有182cm以上的挺拔身材，在运动方面更是能力与魅力兼具。出众且有记忆点的颜值、阳光硬朗的风格、独特的个性智慧将是这群少年的群像标签。 节目中，乒坛猛将 张继科 带领甜心少女 林小宅 组成暖心领队，宝藏泳将 傅园慧 搭档御姐唱将 吉克隽逸 组成姐系领队，羽坛王者 林丹 携手飒爽全能主持人 刘烨 组成双杀领队，助力33位少年。节目组表示，世界冠军、体坛健将上阵挂帅，用绝对专业的态度和绝对实力的气场为即将开赛的少年们注入能量。
