桑原亮子脚本のオリジナル作品で、ミャンマーからの留学生・エーミン(森崎ウィン)と幽霊・小鳥遊玲(高城れに)の恋模様を描くラブコメディー。漫画家を目指すエーミンは、築40年程の古いが激安のアパートに入居。そこには幽霊が住み着いていたが、限られた資金しか持ち合わせていないエーミンは、幽霊と共同生活を始める。

A young man from Myanmar who loves Japanese Manga gets an opportunity to study it in Japan. He gets surprised at expensive house rent in Japan but finally finds an apartment with very cheap rent. However, it turns out that a female ghost lives in his room. He cannot give up the cheap rent and determines to share the room with the ghost. This is a story of his life in Japan surrounded by the ghost and other unique characters having various issues.
