位在南宮大學地下室的「超自然感應社」（簡稱超感社），是個乏人問津的冷清社團。 社長石少華（石頭）和副社長阿甘選出南大三大恐怖校園傳說：水池女鬼找男友、廢棄宿舍咳嗽聲和電梯客滿都是鬼，藉由拍攝探險過程，剪輯社團招生影片，順便英雄救美博取心儀學妹培安的關注。石頭拜託電影社的西多士扮鬼，副社長阿甘攝影，帶著培安和室友靜芳夜遊學校旁的許怨池。沒想到眾人來到池邊後竟真的遇鬼，培安意外溺水，而石頭為救培安，溺斃水池。 靈魂出竅的石頭，看見躺在地上蒼白的自己，這時陰間引路人方小路登場，正當石頭疑惑她的來意，小路竟一把將石頭靈魂推回肉身讓他復活，時間停止，兩人瞬移到陰間和陽間的中繼站：離生苑。
