每輪由三位藝人聯同一位素人比拼廚藝，「餐廳管家」何廣沛召集張敬軒、周柏豪等「男神」，為「Do姐」鄭裕玲、王菀之與美女嘉賓呈獻盛宴。 除了依照Do姐口味，用指定食材炮製美饌之外，參賽男神還因應不同的情境題，配合出爐滋味，各出奇招搶分。他們亦會同上培訓班，學習下廚技巧。 節目請來名廚即席示範，另會傳授美酒搭配佳餚的貼士。經過連番較量，一名參賽者先被淘汰，剩下三位男神再以拿手菜式，合演決勝火併！
