Han Seung-yeon, a new employee assigned to the check-in counter, is highly motivated but keeps getting into trouble, putting her job at risk. However, her boyfriend Jun-ho, the head of the VIP Customer Team, steps in to help her, and she narrowly avoids being fired.
Meanwhile, Seung-yeon’s cousin Ha-kyung goes to sign up for an English conversation school, only to find out that the amount she prepared applies to a couples-only discount, leading to an argument at the counter. Chan-ho, who witnesses the entire scene, suggests they pretend to be a couple. Taking him up on the idea, Ha-kyung returns to apply once again.
