어느 날 번개맨으로부터 '안전맨'의 임무를 부여받은 아홉 살 서율. 안전맨은 위험이 있는 곳이라면 어디든 찾아가 안전 사고를 예방하고 사랑하는 친구들과 가족을 보호한다. 하지만 안전맨 복장을 벗을 때의 서율이는 공부와 친구 문제로 고민이 많은 평범한 어린이일 뿐인데... 안전맨에게 주어진 안전 미션은 총 8개! 과연 서율이는 미션을 무사히 수행하고 친구들의 안전을 지킬 수 있을까?
