モロッコの大富豪サリムの後妻となったリリー（松本若菜）が帰国した。彼女は過去に複数の高齢者と結婚し高額な死亡保険金を受け取ったとして、連続保険金殺人の疑惑でマスコミが騒ぎ立てた女だった。そして今回、リリーと来日したサリムがホテルで死亡する。またも高齢の夫を殺害したと世間は騒然となり、サリムの遺体搬送を担当する那美（米倉涼子）もリリーの態度に不審を覚える。はたしてリリーは夫を殺害したのか？ その謎が暴かれると共に、これまで那美が封印してきた幸人（向井理）の死の真相も明らかになっていく。
