“Alt for Danmark” is a reality competition in which ten Danish-Americans travel to Denmark to put their roots and identity to the test. Over eight weeks, they participate in demanding and often humorous cultural challenges – from surviving in a Viking village to encountering traditional customs. The winner is crowned a true Dane, receives a cash prize, and gets the opportunity for an emotional reunion with previously unknown Danish relatives.
