When Kaorin shows off pictures of her cats at school, Sakaki gets an idea. 42 - 11 Years Old Chiyo announces that she will soon be turning eleven. 43 - Mr. Kitty Cat With Chiyo's birthday coming up, Sakaki searches for the perfect gift. 44 - Premise The girls gather at Chiyo's house for a birthday party. 45 - Why? After the party, the girls go for a walk together.

Cet épisode est dédié à la très belle Sakaki et à son amour visiblement non communicatif et réciproque avec les chats. De promenades en rencontres diverses, Sakaki va tenter de caresser, prendre en photo et se faire aimer du chat du quartier. Peine perdue mais loin de se décourager, elle va retrouver un peu de réconfort grâce au chien de Chiyo-chan.
