Takumi goes home and finds out that Tomura is his grandfather Youzo's former student. Takumi doesn't like that the upperclassmen have ended practice early because it started raining, This leads them to begin harrassing Takumi. Meanwhile, Tomura goes to visit Youzo after experiencing Takumi's pitches for himself from the batter's box.
帰宅した巧は、戸村が祖父洋三の教え子であったことを知る。
部活で雨を理由に練習が終了したことに抗議し、
巧は上級生たちから嫌がらせを受けることをになる。
一方、巧の球を打席で体験した戸村は、洋三の元を訪れる。
Takumi torna a casa e scopre che Tomura è un ex-studente di suo nonno Youzo. Takumi si lamenta perché i più grandi hanno abbandonato l'allenamento in anticipo per la pioggia e questi, per ripicca, iniziano a tormentarlo. Intanto Tomura va a trovare Youzo, dopo aver assistito personalmente ai lanci di Takumi dal box del battitore.
Takumi rentre chez lui et découvre que Tomura est un ancien élève de son grand-père Youzo. Takumi n'a pas apprécié que les élèves plus âgés écourtent l'entraînement à cause de la pluie. Ces élèves commencent à harceler Takumi. Tomura rend visite à Youzo après avoir observé les lancers de Takumi depuis le rectangle du batteur.
