Bobby Flay and Michael Symon transform from mentors to sous chefs in a barbecue battle for the ages. But when the sun sets on Star Hill Ranch, only one competitor can walk way with their own digital series and lay claim to the title Master of 'Cue.
The Brawl is back! A new crop of barbecue pitmasters step onto the scene and introduce themselves through their food. BBQ Brawl is back in the Lonestar State, and 12 new contenders are ready to show off their 'cue to returning captains Bobby Flay and Sunny Anderson, as well as newcomer Michael Voltaggio. They serve up sliders packed with their signature flavors in hopes of catching the captains' attention during the team pick and cook up surf and turf to impress judges Carson Kressley, Brooke Williamson and Rodney Scott.
Bobby Flay, Sunny Anderson and Michael Voltaggio challenge the Brawlers to dig into their BBQ bag of tricks and create smoky feasts without wood or charcoal. If that's not enough, they're hit with a shake-up when the bottom Brawler from each team must cook for their lives in an elimination challenge.
The Brawl is back with new captains Maneet Chauhan and Antonia Lofaso here to steal Bobby Flay's crown. Twelve new Brawlers serve up their signature flavors on Texas toast, hoping to earn a huge advantage of getting to choose their team captain. Then, the captains take charge as the teams attempt to work together for the first time, and judges Carson Kressley, Brooke Williamson and Rodney Scott decide who lands on top.
It's all fun and games -- until someone gets eliminated! Captains Bobby Flay, Maneet Chauhan and Antonia Lofaso lead the way in the fourth annual BBQ games, as the teams must work together in a build-a-better-burger relay race. Up for grabs is time that the Brawlers can choose to bet in a highly competitive BBQ auction.

Then, the Brawlers craft massive, meaty rib feasts on Argentinian asado iron crosses for the team brawl.
