「BEAT&MOTION」は、思わぬ再会を果たした男女を描く青春恋愛グラフィティ。幼い頃、アニメの制作に夢中になっていた竜彦は、クラスメイトに絵を「気持ち悪い」と言われショックを受けて夢を諦め、中学時代にはバンド活動に熱中するも自分の才能のなさに打ちひしがれ断念してしまう。その後、大学生になった竜彦は、飲み会で出会った破天荒な少女の言葉をきっかけに、再びアニメーターを目指すことを決意。SNSに上げた自主制作アニメがバズり、中学時代に憧れていた顔出しせずに活動するシンガーソングライター・ニコから、ミュージックビデオ制作の依頼を受ける。しかしニコは飲み会で出会った少女で……。
