Kelly se s ním rozchází. Steve se přiznává Celestě, že se vyspal s Laurou a ta se s ním rozchází. D’Shawn vydírá Brandona. Jestli Brandon nenapíše za něj test, prozradí, že se schází s Lucindou. Lucinda radí, aby Brandon test napsal a Brandon odjíždí z Los Angeles. Andrea zjistí, že Dan je antifeminista.
Brandons Schützling an der Uni, Basketball-Wunder D'Shawn, erwischt ihn beim Flirten mit Lucinda, der Frau seines Professors. Steve tells Laura that he cannot see her again because he has a girlfriend. During the activities for "Take Back the Night" week, she concludes that she was a victim of date-rape and plans to identify Steve at a campus rally. Kelly warns Steve, who adamantly proclaims his innocence. Steve confesses his indiscretion to Celeste, who promptly breaks up with him. Before Laura can speak at the rally, Kelly steps up to the microphone. She shares that she was nearly a victim of rape, then pointedly adds that there were other times when she regretted sleeping with a guy but had consented at the time. She identifies Steve as a hero for saving her from the rapist at the Halloween party. Steve apologizes for using Laura, who admits that she had done nothing to discourage him. Lucinda insists on openly flirting with Brandon, who wants nothing to do with her. D'Shawn threatens to tell Professor Randall that Brandon is sleeping with his wife unless he takes his midterm for him. Lucinda encourages Brandon to take the test, so he leaves town in frustration, hoping to connect with his ex-girlfriend, Emily Valentine. Dylan helps Brenda get caught up in their poetry class. John lashes out at Kelly when she refuses to sleep with him. Dylan throws a pie in John's face after the rally. Dan and Andrea debate feminist issues. Al campus dell'università della California la settimana è dedicata alla manifestazione Riprendiamoci la notte contro la violenza sulle donne e David segue la manifestazione con una diretta alla radio. D'Shawn ricatta Brandon dopo averlo visto flirtare con Lucinda durante la cena a casa del Prof. Randall e cerca di obbligarlo a fare l'esame al suo posto. Brandon lascia la città deciso a ritrovare Emily Valentine, il suo vecchio amore. Steve dice a Laura di avere una ragazza e Laura, per vendicarsi, lo accusa di averla stuprata. Celeste lascia Steve ma Kelly difende l'amico dall'accusa di Laura, parlando alla manifestazione in sua difesa. Kelly e John Sears si lasciano e Dylan aiuta Brenda a studiare per l'esame di poesia.
Steve se sincera con laura contándole que tiene novia y que por ello deben de dejar de verse. Laura despechada cuenta que fue violada por Steve. El chico le cuenta a Celeste que le fue infiel y esta rompe con él. Kelly habla con Steve sobre todo el asunto de Laura, y posteriormente durante una reunión Kelly comparte ante todos loas allí asistentes que en el pasado ella también fue violada en el pasado y que posteriormente a ello cuando dormía con algún chico siempre tenía la sensación de que lo volvía a ser aún acostándose con él de foirma consentida, y proclama a Steve como un héroe por haber evitado que fuese violada hace unos años en una fiesta de Halloween. Steve se disculpa a Laura por haberla utilizado y esta hace lo propio por haberlo acusado injustamente. Lucinda coquetea descaradamente con Brandon, lo que provoca que D'Shawn lo amenaza con contárselo a Randall.
