日高タマガは、父親が行方不明になって以来ひとりで暮らしていた。ある日、誕生日プレゼントとして父から初めてのB-Daman「クラッシュB-Daman」を受け取る。父の残したメッセージに背中を押され、タマガはB-Damanバトルトーナメント「B-1クラッシュカップ」への参加を決意する。激しい戦いの中で、彼は多くのライバルと出会い、時には友情も育んでいく。しかし大会後、タマガは“クラッシュ”だけに生きる意味を求める危険な秘密結社の存在を知る。彼らの真の目的とは何なのか？そして、タマガのB-Damanに隠された秘密とは――。
