Digit is lured to R-Fair City, a cybersite full of carnival games, where he is kidnapped by a disguised Hacker. The kids must find the unfair/crooked game to find Digit. Meanwhile, they learn about chance and how to spot an unfair chance of winning and losing. Along the way they meet Lucky, a cab driver, who offers them a chance to gain a free cab ride while they search for Digit. Digit is locked in a bird cage with Buzz and Delete as his guards.
The Incriptor Chip has fallen into a pyramid in the desert and Dr. Marbles was getting it, until he was imprisoned. The kids were called upon by Motherboard to go in and get Marbles and the chip. Unfortonatly, they have to get out before the gate of the pyramid has closed, locking them in for eternity. The gate drops down as the water drips from two cylinders. The kids find out there are 15 rings of water left and each ring drops out each minute, meaning they have about 15 minutes to go in and out. Matt's watch is broken and Jackie might sneeze again and lose count of time. However, they find an artifact moving at the same pace as the water cylinder, and then use a bunch of rubies and an even distributor to know how many seconds have passed and a ring and stick to know how many minutes they have left.
The kids realize that different people have different ways to solve problems. They must use them in a complementary way in a contest against the Hacker that was devised by a zen master who's holding them all captive. If they win, they'll go free; if they don't, the Hacker (voice of Christopher Lloyd) will.
A Sky Wall is built to protect Happily Ever After from Hacker, but he plans to invade when Wicked's operatic voice will break it. One of the Three Little Pigs secretly aides Hacker after a promise of protection from the Big Bad Wolf, so the kids have to do double duty to expose him and stop Wicked from singing.
The Hacker kidnaps the Beast from a Rock Band on the Mount Olympus Cybersite. Without him, the band plays horribly and off beat and if they don't play good music, then the whole Cybersite will fall apart! Digit has to find the Beast while the kids take notes on what beat each member of the band plays. On For Real: Harry joins a tap dance class and tries to play well with a crush on the instructor.
It's Valentine's Day, and Hacker captures Doctor Marbles and Lady Ada Lovelace, placing them inside a time machine invented by the mathematically-minded Lady Ada. The kids and Digit must decipher a series of poems left behind by Lady L, and free them from the time machine before it time travels to the nether regions of cyberspace -- never to return! Will the kids get there in time, or will Valentine's Day bring nothing but broken hearts?
Hacker becomes the king of Radopolis, replacing King Dudicus. Then a competition begins and three players in Team Hacker compete against Matt, Jackie, and Inez in Team Motherboard. If Team Motherboard wins, King Dudicus reclaims his throne. If Team Hacker wins, Hacker becomes the king of Radopolis forever and the Cybersquad will never be able to return to Cyberspace. A later amendment to the bargain is that if Team Hacker wins, Inez will have to become one of Hacker's cheerleaders. Luckily, Team Motherboard figure out a way to win the skate-offs by making the field even smaller, causing one of Team Hacker's members to run out of room and fall out of bounds.
Hacker infects Motherboard with a new virus -- one that causes her to make cyber-citizens act mean. Digit and the kids go in search of an antidote: 2/5 of the Electro-Root, 2/8 of the Healing Stone, and 1/3 of a box of Hacker's wig gel -- a strange antidote indeed! Will the young cyber-heroes be able to gather the ingredients and figure out how to properly mix these odd fractions before it is too late?
Hacker becomes a good guy! Can this possibly be true? A new, reformed Hacker runs for election against Motherboard, claiming to have done five good deeds, and promising to turn over a new leaf. Motherboard mistakenly sends a treasure map to Hacker. The treasure is the secret to the legendary cyber-pirate Ivanka the Invincible's invincibility. If Hacker finds it, cyberspace is doomed! To help Motherboard, the kids must find the secret treasure before Hacker does, and use their skill with angles to read the strange map that contains only riddles about twists and turns. The Big Idea: To turn something so it points in just the right direction, use an angle to measure the size of the turn.
Hacker poses as a virus exterminator. He fools Ms. Fileshare into entering her lair, the Cybrary, with bogus bar graph comparisons. Hacker releases his bugs, but it's Hacker who pays the price with a bout of amnesia. (He's forced to work for Buzz!) But the bugs are still out in the Cybrary, seizing control of various sections. Ms. Fileshare insists the CyberSquad that, if she is to believe them, they must provide an easy way to compare the number of bugs in each Cybrary section.
Mr. Zero is tricked by The Hacker and his accomplices into believing that he is worthless. He moves away and takes all the zeros with him. This creates chaos and misery all over Gollywood. The team finds out many useful things about the number zero. From behind a tree, Mr. Zero overhears his importance from the team and comes back to stay. To kick off the ""Going Bananas"" ceremony, the bank sends Hacker off in a banana-designed rockets
The gang must enter a race and stop hacker from winning. When Matt and Jackie make fun of Inez's way of talking, Inez gets mad and joins creech. Hacker treis to cheet to win,and most of the racers get thrown off. Later in the race, Hacker gets Diget, Matt, and Jackie tricked into going to the most dangeroes part of tikyville! Inez and creech go the right way and after warning Matt, Diget and Jackie, Get bumped by Hackers car into Cybor Quicksand 2.0, and are rescued by the others. After finding a Shortcut, the Creech and the others win.
A major computer chip is up for grabs in this two-parter. One mega-chip can make or break Motherboard's governing of the Cyberspace universe. The CyberSquad must outbid the Hacker at an auction for that incripter chip. When it is installed, everyone is in for a rude awakening: Hacker finnaly succeeds in taking over Cyberspace.

Could it have something to do with Hacker’s new secret hideout? With a map to guide the way, Digit, Matt, Jackie, and Inez set out into the desert to find out.
