Digit is lured to R-Fair City, a cybersite full of carnival games, where he is kidnapped by a disguised Hacker. The kids must find the unfair/crooked game to find Digit. Meanwhile, they learn about chance and how to spot an unfair chance of winning and losing. Along the way they meet Lucky, a cab driver, who offers them a chance to gain a free cab ride while they search for Digit. Digit is locked in a bird cage with Buzz and Delete as his guards.

Hacker, vestido de cigana e utilizando-se do codinome Madame Incógnita, convida Dígito para ir a Fliperauta City e prende-o em cativeiro logo após obrigá-lo a participar de um jogo estranho que inventou. Quando as crianças chegam, elas descobrem que há boatos de que os jogos de Fliperauta City não são mais justos. Então, analisam os jogos para verificar se são justos ou não e usam o que aprenderam para encontrar Hacker e vencê-lo em seu próprio jogo antes que seja tarde demais!
