Over 20 years ago at Maple Central High the battle for valedictorian supremacy turned ugly. Frederick Stiles, knowing that he had been gooned by Frankie Amulet's heavy-handed tactics, knew what he must do. With the help of a disguised chocolate laxative, Frederick helped Frankie unleash the dirtiest, most embarrassing surprise of his life. Now, Frankie's back and he's bent on putting his bitter rival out of the TV business and sending his house into chaos. In this twisted modern-day version of Shakespeare's classic, Romeo and Juliet, the capricious heart of the young suitor, Hudson, is torn between two opposing forces: his father's hatred of the Amulets and his own love of their totally cute daughter, Julia.

Ched and Hudson's dreams of beautiful women come to life as they attend a fashion show being broadcast by OBEY-TV, the local TV station owned by Hudson's father, Frederick Stiles. After the show, the colourful and high-powered fashion designer Carlos Flamino recruits Ched into the seductive world of fashion while Hudson hooks up with his beautiful daughter, Claudia. For some time, all seems ideal for Ched, whose world is filled with carrot-sesame body buffs, racy photo shoots and Euro-cowboy glam. As Ched's lifestyle begins to take its toll, Hudson's hormones are hitting harlequin heights until a mysterious rash at the zoo leads him to realize that there is more to Flamino's controversial haute-couture than meets the eye

    • October 10, 2002
    • Teletoon

During a class field trip to the genetic laboratories of GigantiClone, Ched and Hudson decide that their supervised tour is way too lame. Highly skilled in the art of disobedience, they take an unauthorized detour into the much more interesting "Restricted Area" where they are witness to mutant cat-pigs, savage carnivorous bunnies, and other freakish delights. Following an odd series of events involving a petri dish and a misplaced sneeze, Ched and Hudson wake the next morning at Hudson's house to find a 3-year-old replica of Ched scrounging for food in the kitchen. Needless to say, Ched's world is turned upside down over the next week as he watches himself hyper-age from infant to invalid.

  • S01E05 Requiem for a Game

    • October 17, 2002
    • Teletoon

This gritty episode, set in a seedy sushi bar on Maple City's lower east side, intricately links the lives of two video-game junkies (Ched Harley and Hudson Stiles) and a desperate boy-band fanatic (Bitzi Brewbots). As the line between want and need begins to blur for these young adolescents, their responsibilities and relationships start to fade into the background. Requiem for a Game is a hypnotic tale of three teenaged kids, each lured into a world from which they cannot escape. Even as Hudson loses the girl, Ched the grades and Bitzi her sanity, they refuse to let go, plummeting into a gut-wrenching free-fall that delivers a wild mix of rebellious action and unexpected hilarity.

  • S01E06 Snitchy and the Phobe

    • October 24, 2002

With a camera hidden in the fake plastic plants of The Trough Buffet and Cookhouse Ched and Hudson document the human feeding frenzy known as: the buffet. They also manage to capture a series of health violations which are broadcast a day later on OBEY-TV when Frederick accidentally takes the wrong video tape to work. Frederick's viewership is enthralled, and Ched and Hudson are given a two-minute spot called "Kitchen Snitchin'" on the 6 o'clock news. Within a few weeks, this window into the disgusting world of restaurant hygiene becomes Hudson's undoing as he spirals toward madness in this epic man vs. germ psychological thriller. Meanwhile, Ched's new-found fame leaves him vulnerable to extortion by one of Maple City's most influential restaurateurs, Giovanni Scallopini.

  • S01E07 Trading Faces

    • October 31, 2002
    • Teletoon

The universal desire of every teenager is to have cooler parents, and Ched and Hudson are no exception. After being denied another fun-filled school trip, Ched is fed up by how little money he and his family have. Meanwhile, Hudson has had enough of 8:30 lockdown and his mom's constant nagfest–but they should have been more careful about what they wished for. When a medical experiment they are participating in goes horribly wrong, their minds are swapped and they are given the chance to live each other's equally quirky lives. While the grass is greener at first, it slowly fades to a dead and dried-out browny colour and all they can wish for now is to go back to their old lives.

  • S01E08 The Footprints of Nanigans

    • November 7, 2002
    • Teletoon

Join Hudson's older brother Albert Stiles as he embarks upon a journey of self-discovery unlike any you've ever seen before. Follow him as he wrestles with the deception of his family, the rupture of his inflatable pants and the rediscovery of the only one who can guide him down the right path toward his stand-up comedy dreams: Nanigans, his seven-foot tall, lime-green, fuzzy imaginary friend. Albert's harrowing tale, filled with rambunctious and embarrassing flashbacks and dramatic turns, also serves to inspire Ched to greater heights, as his dreams of becoming a famous rock star seem to be crumbling like a rotting chunk of feta. So tune in and be inspired by the dreams of today's temperamental youth.

  • S01E09 Evil Boxatrons

    • November 16, 2002
    • Teletoon

When Jake watches an episode of Chumps and sees J-Knox blow the heads off 100 pink plastic flamingoes, he decides its time for his medieval Brix set to feel his firecracking wrath. His childish game sets fire to the curtains, sending Francine into a rage as she has finally had enough of the negative influence TV is having on her youngest son. Ironically, Ched and Hudson are given a late-night time slot on OBEY-TV at the same time as Jake is sent to The Crotchet House for "reprogramming". Unfortunately for Jake, his roommate's delusions of JJ Jetpack grandeur (spawned by the popular animated TV hero) are ruining his chances of leaving anytime soon. Ched and Hudson's show, Hardcore Morons, loosely based on the stupidity of Chumps, ups the ante until one final devastating prunt (prank + stunt) sends one of the Stiles to the ER and our two hardcore morons packing.

  • S01E10 Drat That Frat!

    • November 23, 2002
    • Teletoon

A Dickensian tale of an underprivileged teen (Ched) invited by his well-to-do mate (Hudson) to pledge the fraternity Delta Felta Pi. Hudson's father Frederick, a past chapter president at Maple Central High, has all but guaranteed Hudson's acceptance into the brotherhood. But things aren't going quite so smoothly for Ched. Current president, the appropriately-named Ethan Dick, has made it his personal mission to humiliate Ched after discovering that he's slingin' sundaes down at Moo-Moo's ice cream shack. You will be swept up in the turn-about-is-fair-play, taste-of-your-own-medicine, it-all-comes-out-in-the-wash grand finale of this classic story book ending.

  • S01E11 Pug: A Mascot Betrayed

    • November 30, 2002
    • Teletoon

Hudson is having a terrible week as Principal Dubinsky wrongfully bars him from playing in Maple Central's record-setting dodge ball game. Could this have something to do with Hudson's mother dumping "Doobage" almost twenty years ago? He tells Ched that he is going to get his revenge, and over the course of the next week a wave of vandalism rocks the school. However, there may be more going on than meets the eye as there are other factions at the school with their own motivations for getting back at Doober. Ched and Iggy better solve the mystery quick before Hudson gets expelled or the new draconian security measures at Maple Central make the school a teenage Alcatraz.

  • S01E12 The Virtual Utopia Project

    • December 5, 2002
    • Teletoon

What do you get when you combine a recently-dumped Jamaican computer-whiz (Iggy Dedjit) and an experimental, cutting-edge virtual reality system with top of the line avatar interface technology? Well, we can't give the whole plot away, but it's definitely not healthy. Join Ched and Hudson as they help their friend Iggy through his first big emotional crisis, well, and they also need him to do their computer project for them! Ched later finds out that he may have to move out to Uncle Jed's farm. It seems Burl's long-time rival Stan Jenkins is driving Hornbottom Taxidermy out of business with its slick marketing and on-line presence. Once again, Iggy's computer savvy is their only hope.

  • S01E13 Karmacade

    • December 12, 2002
    • Teletoon

Follow Ched and Hudson as video game characters, with good and evil each getting a shot at grabbing the joystick and controlling their actions. What seems like a typical day in the life soon becomes anything but, as their day turns weird and they are faced with a variety of challenges which include: a stuttering transit cop, a kilt-wearing fried chocolate bar vendor and a massive runaway novelty compact disc. Do the karmic wheels always turn a full circle, or can Ched and Hudson get away with a few teenage wrongdoings here and there? It appears at times that no good deed goes unpunished, but only the final tally will tell if it is better to have sinned and got away with it, or to have never sinned at all.
