Three archaeologists discover a sunken WWII-era GAZ-AA "Lorry" at the bottom of a river. After their own winch cable snaps, they seek help from passing truckers. Ivanych and Sashok agree to assist and successfully pull the vintage vehicle from the riverbed the following day. However, the team soon discovers a dangerous secret: the truck is still loaded with unexploded wartime bombs. The partners hitch the lorry to their KamAZ and begin a tense journey to transport the volatile cargo to a safe location. After a near-disaster caused by reckless joyriders—which results in several bombs falling off and exploding by the riverbank—the remaining munitions are handed over to the military. The historic truck is then towed away to its new home in a museum.
