The protagonists agree to aid Denpa in relocating a docile plesiosaur-type illegal, which he had previously been raising in an obsolete space now scheduled for reconstruction. The lonesome illegal, driven to find more of its kind, follows the children in a hazardous journey through the city.
Yuko e Haraken scoprono che Denpa si prende segretamente cura di un Illegal in quello che diventerà un cantiere edile. Gli amici si affrettano a trovargli una nuova casa.

カンナの日記を手がかりに、古い空間を見つけたヤサコとハラケン。そこは電脳霧が立ち込めるグラウンドだった。そこでヤサコたちはイリーガルのクビナガ竜を飼うデンパに出会う。皆には内緒にしておいて欲しいというデンパだったが、グラウンドで新しいビルの建設工事が始まることが判明！！ このままではクビナガ竜の命が危ないと、別の古い空間を探して移動させることに。果たして、デンパたちは無事にクビナガ竜を助けることが出来るのだろうか！？
