Kathy and Ramon Jaramillo need to pack up their 3,500-square-foot home in Burke, Va., and move up to New Hampshire so Ramon can start his new job. Designer Taniya Nayak and the rest of the Designed to Sell team agree to help redesign their living room, dining room and two-car garage in hopes of bringing in big bucks for the move.
