In dem Magen eines Hais findet man die Überreste eines Arms. Eine medizinische Untersuchung ergibt, wer der Tote ist: Preston Michaels, ein reicher Börsenmakler. Dr. Mark Sloan wird um Hilfe als Testamentsvollstrecker gebeten. Dabei trifft Mark auf die Witwe Bea sowie Terri und Heather. Beide behaupten, ebenfalls mit Preston verheiratet zu sein. Als man in Prestons Arm Giftrückstände entdeckt, ist für Mark der Fall klar: Preston wurde ermordet.

Dr. Sloan is the executor of his friend, Preston Michael's, estate after Michaels is found in the body of a shark. Things turn interesting after traces of poison are found in Michaels' body and three women, all apparently married to Michaels, attend the reading of the will.

Le docteur Sloan est désigné exécuteur testamentaire de la succession de son ami Preston Michael, retrouvé dans le corps d'un requin. Les choses se corsent quand des traces de poison sont décelées lors de l'autopsie.
