L’histoire débute avec l’invocation du protagoniste dans un autre monde, via un miroir magique. Sur place, le personnage principal découvre l’académie magique « Night Ravens College » et rencontre le mystérieux directeur de cette dernière, un homme masqué qui lui offre sa protection. À la recherche d’un moyen pour retourner dans son monde, le joueur doit commencer par apprendre à connaître les autres étudiants de l’école…
