Yıllarca bölüm başkanlığını yaptığı dahiliye servisine, şimdi bir hasta olarak yatış yapan İnan, hem kendini hem de yıllar içinde nasıl bir adama dönüştüğünü anlamaya çalışır. Yönetim, sağlık çalışanlarına yönelik artan şiddet olayları nedeniyle hastanede yeni güvenlik ve iletişim kuralları getirmeye hazırlanırken Ilgaz ve Neslihan, İnan’dan sonsuza dek kurtulmak için harekete geçer. Diğer yandan teşhisi bir türlü konulamayan genç bir hastanın durumu bütün müdahalelere rağmen giderek ağırlaşmaya devam eder ve artık resmi olarak doktorluk yapamayan İnan’ın sezgileri vakaya bambaşka bir yön verir. Ancak bu hamlenin bedelini beklenmedik biri ödeyecek ve Elif hem mesleki geleceğini hem de İnan’a duyduğu güveni sorgulayacağı zorlu bir sınavın tam ortasında kalacaktır.

Meanwhile, the condition of a young patient, whose diagnosis remains unclear, continues to worsen despite all interventions. Although he is no longer officially allowed to practice medicine, İnan’s instincts lead the case in a completely different direction. However, the cost of this move will be paid by someone unexpected, leaving Elif in the middle of a difficult trial where she must question both her professional future and her trust in İnan.
