The arrival of Maya and her mother Derya causes a major upheaval at the hospital. While Derya accuses İnan based on the past and a revealed photograph surprises everyone, the line between reality and illness becomes blurred, and the reason for this mystery sparks deep suspicion. Meanwhile, İnan and Elif find Melek, who has fled wounded, and take her to the hospital. Melek's surgery will be performed by Murat (Keremcem), İnan's former colleague.
