Yetimlerin liderliğini resmen devralan Eşref, gücünü tüm aleme kanıtlayarak İhtiyar’ı tamamen karşısına alır. Nisan ile ilişkisini yoluna koyduğu sırada ise ekipteki muhbir meselesinin yeniden patlak vermesi, ikili arasında soğuk rüzgarlar esmesine neden olur. Kadir, Hıdır’ın Eşref’e destek çıkmasına içerlese de Hıdır’la yeniden yüzleşerek geçmiş defterleri açar. Hıdır, Kadir’in intikam için İhtiyar’la çatışacağını düşünür ancak Kadir’in aklında bambaşka planlar vardır. Psikolojik bir savaşın ortasında kalan Nisan, psikiyatristten yardım alarak karanlık geçmişine ışık tutmaya çalışır. Ancak parçalar yerine oturduğunda, Nisan hayatının en ağır sınavıyla karşı karşıya kalacaktır.
Having officially taken over the leadership of the Orphans, Eşref proves his power to the entire underworld and completely turns against İhtiyar. Just as he is getting his relationship with Nisan back on track, the resurfacing of the issue of the informant within the team causes cold winds to blow between the two. Although Kadir is hurt by Hıdır’s support for Eşref, he confronts Hıdır once again and reopens old wounds. Hıdır believes that Kadir will clash with İhtiyar for revenge, but Kadir has entirely different plans in mind. Caught in the midst of a psychological war, Nisan seeks help from a psychiatrist in an attempt to shed light on her dark past. However, when the pieces finally fall into place, Nisan will face the most difficult test of her life.
Assumindo oficialmente a liderança dos órfãos, Eşref prova sua força para todo o submundo e se coloca completamente contra İhtiyar.
