Andy and Ashley take on what appears to be a great flip in the up-and-coming suburb of Watauga. Their goal is to get in and get out in record time to make some quick cash. But when their contractor Blake calls with news that the entire sewer may need replacing, Andy and Ashley worry their perfect flip might be an utter flop.
