Zu Michelles drittem Geburtstag soll ein großes Zirkusfest bei den Tanners stattfinden, doch ausgerechnet am Tag der Fete stecken Jesse, Stephanie und das Geburtstagskind in einer Tankstellentoilette fest! Zu Michelles drittem Geburtstag spielt der Tanner-Haushalt verrückt. Ein großes Zirkusfest soll veranstaltet werden, und alle Kinder der Nachbarschaft werden mit dabei sein. Kurz vor der Feier mach Jesse noch mit Stephanie und Michelle eine kleine Spazierfahrt in Dannys Auto. Plötzlich streikt jedoch der Wagen und Jesse muss eine Tankstelle ansteuern. Dort gehen die drei erst einmal auf die Toilette, und stellen leider zu spät fest, dass Tankstelle und Toilette geschlossen werden. Mutterseelenallein sitzen die drei nun in der unwirtlichen Werkstatt fest, während bei den Tanners die Fete stattfindet. Da wird Michelle natürlich ganz traurig, weil sie nun ihr Zirkusfest verpasst. Um sie zu trösten verkleiden Jesse und Stephanie sich als Clowns und muntern die Kleine mit allerhand Albernheiten wieder auf.
It's Michelle's 3rd birthday, and the guys have decided to throw a "circus" birthday party for Michelle, complete with clowns and other things seen in circuses. Before the party, Danny complains about a problem with his car, and Jesse agrees to fix it. Jesse can't fix it, so he takes Stephanie and Michelle out to a gas station with him to have it fixed. After the car is fixed, Jesse and the girls decide to visit the restroom before they leave, and during this time, Elmer, the mechanic, locks the station up without knowing that Jesse, Stephanie, and Michelle are still inside. Michelle's friends arrive at the house, and Danny, Joey, and D.J. try to keep them busy, in hopes that Jesse, Stephanie, and Michelle will be home soon. At the gas station, Jesse and Stephanie throw a makeshift "circus" party for Michelle, then Elmer returns three hours later, and he's surprised that he locked Jesse, Stephanie, and Michelle in the station. C'est le troisième anniversaire de Michelle et la famille a décidé de faire une fête sur le thème du cirque. Michelle est très excitée, Jesse l'emmène alors avec Stéphanie en voiture pour la garder à l'écart pendant que les autres décorent la maison. La voiture tombe en panne et ils sont contraints de stationner dans une station d'essence. Malencontreusement le mécanicien les enferme à clef et rentre chez lui.
Es el tercer cumpleaños de Michelle, y la familia le prepara una fiesta ambientada en el mundo del circo, con payasos y otros elementos típicos. Antes de la fiesta Danny comenta que tiene un problema con el coche, así que Jesse decide llevarse a Michelle y Stephanie para que le acompañen a llevar el coche al mecánico. Estando allí el dueño del taller deja por error encerrados a Jesse y a las niñas, a resigo de que Michelle se pierda su fiesta de cumpleaños.
