『ガチアクタ』は、美しい地区とスラム街に分断された街に住む少年ルードの物語を語ります。ルードは毎晩、警察に逮捕される危険を承知で、所有者が捨てた新たな物品を回収するため、市内の富裕層が集まるエリアに足を踏み入れる。無実の罪で告発されたルードは、廃棄物とともにスラム街の地下埋立地に投げ込まれる死刑を宣告される。家族に裏切られ、誰からも見捨てられた彼が求めるものはただ一つ、復讐である
