After the death of his foster mother Ayako, who first showed him unconditional love, Hokuto lives without tears, driven by one goal: to kill Ikuta, the conman who scammed them with fake cancer cures. Filled with anger and hatred, Hokuto plans his revenge and heads to the Ikuta Hadou Research Institute.
北斗を初めて抱き締め、無償の愛を注いでくれた里親・綾子の死後、北斗は涙を流すこともなく、ただある目的のためだけに生き永らえていた。「僕が生田友親を殺す」―がんが治るという偽物の波洞水に数百万円をつぎ込んでいた北斗。末期がんである綾子の最期をめちゃくちゃにした詐欺師・生田（矢島健一）への怒りと憎しみの衝動に駆られ、北斗は綿密な殺害計画を立てる。そしてついに、生田波洞研究所へと向かうが……。
