Nick and his fiancee, Jennifer, currently live in Nick's bachelor pad. It's located in a great area of South Tampa, but it's a 3-story townhome with the kitchen on the 1st floor, and the master bedroom on the top level. Since Nick and Jennifer plan on having several children, they'd like to buy a larger home with a more family-friendly layout. But finding a place they both like will be a challenge since Nick wants a modern home with Spanish Mediterranean flair, while Jennifer prefers older Victorian style homes with lots of charm and character.
