Stephanie and Bryan Bolick have been married for a year and now have a baby on the way, so they want to plant their feet in a new home--and soon. They currently share a 1,200-square-foot Cape Cod-style house with two rambunctious Labrador retrievers in Wilmington, NC. They want a larger place in the Monkey Junction neighborhood, near Carolina Beach. They would like it to be one story with at least three bedrooms.
