Nicole is a 30-something finance professional who wants to trade her cookie-cutter condo in the Philadelphia suburbs for a new home in the heart of the city. She tours a new-construction town-home and loves the city views from the master bedroom and the gleaming hardwood floors . The modern master bathroom disappoints with a tiny pre-fab shower. Next she sees a hundred-year old charmer with exposed brick and antique pine floors. But the view outside is of a gas station and Nicole has second thoughts. Finally, Nicole tours a five-story town-home close to all the downtown action. It has sweeping city views but she would have to climb five flights of stairs to get from the front door to the master bedroom and she's not sure if she's up to the daily work out.
