民国的上海滩，融汇银行女总账姜心羽（唐诗逸饰）在升职的关口却遭人陷害，背负巨额亏空，需在十日内填补巨款。她不得不兵行险着，找到身怀绝技的孤女画师许雁真（代露娃饰），与其结盟。银行欲将国宝名画低价卖给外国人。姜心羽利用许雁真的画技仿造名画偷天换日，即解决自身危机，又阻止国宝外流。几经波折，两人联手巧妙地在各方势力的夹缝间周旋，共历险阻，解决重重困境。
