I drove up there a couple weeks ago and toured the caves all by myself! it was a little scary but so worth it! The apache death caves are famous for being the site of where a bunch of apache were trapped inside a cave and pretty much suffocated to death. This was the result of them raiding a Navajo camp looting and killing most of them. Once another nearby Navajo camp got word of what they did, they set out looking for them, once they found them they set fire to the entrance of the cave, no one came out, its said the apache starting singing a death song once they knew their time was limited. They all perished. It's also been said that once settlers started to occupy the area they turned it into a tourist attraction and use to sell the remains of the apache that were left inside.......GROSS right?

Desert Center is a "Ghost Town" in southern California founded by Stephen Ragsdale and his wife Lydia in 1921. In 1915 Stephen Ragsdale was living in the Palo Verde Valley, he had to make the long journey to Los Angele, CA for business matter when his car broke down in the desert near what then called Gruendyke's Well. Mr. Bill Gruendyke helped Mr. Ragsdale with repairs and got him back on the road so he could resume his trip to Los Angeles. On his return Steve aka Desert Steve bought out Bill Gruendyke and moved his family out to the location where he eventually put up a small repair shop. By the mid 1920s the Highway that ran by the "old Desert Center" was being rerouted a few miles south. Steve adapted, packed up shop and moved the town to its present day location. He eventually put up a cafe, gas station, and service garage. in the years to come he would erect a post office, cabins for weary travelers and a pool.
I Found an Abandoned Junkyard and its filled with old cars from Camaro's, Nissans, Mitsubishi's, a Firebird and a Vintage Ford Ranger. This junkyard is outside of a ghost town in southern California. My guess would be that, once the town started dying and people were moving out, the owners of the junkyard got out as well, leaving everything behind. Later in the video I will also be walking the streets of an abandoned trailer park and peaking my head inside some of the homes to see what is left
While Using Google Earth to Find abandoned places to explore, I came across an abandoned Cluster of Unknown Objects in a canyon next to a railroad. It was an abandoned structure, but the way it was built and where it was located raised so many questions, and just when I thought I had seen everything, there was more, and it turns out.....I wasnt the only one out there!

A Strange Photo I stumbled upon on Instagram led me out into the desert in Southern Utah to see if this place just off the side of the highway down in a canyon existed. Further down the Road from here I used my drone to explore some geological phenomenon's that are the result of hundreds of thousands of years of erosion. We even make a stop at one of the most visited places in northern Arizona called Glen Canyon Dam, where I got to witness something that does NOT happen very often. Today I will exploring a cave in northern Arizona more famously known as the "APACHE DEATH CAVES" a small series of caves with a very Gruesome backstory. I will be entering the cave and going as far in as I physically can. The Apache Death Caves tell the story of a group of Apaches that raided a Navajo camp in the late 1870s, they killed everyone, men, women and children....or so they thought. They soon discovered that there were 3 girls remaining, so they kidnapped them and took any goods they could. Once the Navajo got word of this raid they tracked down the apache and set fire at the mouth of the cave to try to smoke them out. One of the Apaches did manage to escape and the Navajo leaders asked if the 3 girls were still alive, and after not getting the response that they were hoping for, they continued to add more brush and wood to the fire and shooting more rounds into the cave.
Today I will be exploring 1000 year old Cave Dwellings in Central Arizona, showing you some of my Discoveries, and "Connecting the dots!" I will be talking about the correlation between a "supposed" extinct Race of human giants that lived in Arizona right around the same time many ancient civilizations starting abandoning their homes on the desert floor and heading to the high ground and building these elusive cave dwellings. Many native cultures have the same Time Line of events.....such as living in the desert lowlands near water and for some "unknown" reason, right around the same time period, they all felt the need to build these defensive fortresses high up on cliffs, hills, and mesas. Archaeologists speculate it was either due to conflict between tribes, to avoid flash floods, or changes in weather. Today I'm taking a fresh look at the history and offering a different perspective as to why the Native American cultures decided to make these Hidden Cave Dwellings.
Today I will be using my Drone to Explore hard to reach places along the Verde River in Central Arizona. I will be looking for Caves, Ancient Ruins, Wildlife and Giant Skeletons. Many years ago the area was occupied by the Sinaguan Culture, they hand carved caves hundreds up feet up in the cliffs and hills. My theory is that they did this to avoid conflict with an Ancient Race of Giant that once roamed the area. This same pattern of Native Americans leaving their homes on the ground to building these defensive fortresses up in the cliffs is a common trend that was experienced in many parts of arizona, was this a coincidence or were they hiding from something? I will presenting evidence of Giant Skeletons found in the area and most importantly I'll be taking a closer look a rock formation that seems impossible to be real.....or is it? I will be sending my drone in for a closer look and seeing what "it" really is.
One of my Viewers sent me a photo of this Mysterious Black Triangular Cave, high up in the mountains. Struck with Curiosity, I felt compelled to hop into my Vehicle and Drive into the desert in search of this Desert Enigma. I've read a few books on the Superstition Mountains and come across many tales of Secret Cave Entrances that lead to Portals to different Dimensions deep within these mystical mountains.
Hiking to a Remote Canyon to see what I can uncover with my drone. This Canyon has deep history when it comes to wars, mining, and ancient civilizations. I'll be looking for things such as wildlife, ancient rock art, remaining structures from the Ghost Town of Pinal City, Equipment from the old Mining days, and any unusual geological formations. The Americans would often build their homes in naturally formed alcoves on the sides of cliffs, for part of todays adventures I will be using my drone to take a closer look and some of these suspicious looking caves or cave dwellings
I was Scanning Remote Desert Landscapes on Google Earth When Something Stopped me COLD. Why were these Perfect Lines and Unnatural Shapes Sitting Alone on top of a Remote Butte? It did look like something nature could create on its own. The More I Studied it, the More questions I had....So I did what I always do, I drove out into the Desert to See it for Myself. But the Journey didn't start there, along the way I stumbled upon something completely Unexpected that was tucked away into the landscape, Nearly Invisible...... Unless You Know Where to Look.
I drove my Jeep into the Desert and Sent my Drone into Places Most People Will Never See. In this episode, I explore remote mountains and canyon systems using my drone, searching for anything hidden or forgotten — caves carved into cliff walls, narrow slot canyons, and signs of those who lived here long before us. I talk about the history of Skull cave along the Salt River, send my drone through a long winding canyon. After that I flew my drone down into one last canyon and I spotted something That Did Not Belong there. With Daylight Fading I hiked down to investigate what this mysterious red/orange object was.
Unexplainable shape found on google earth sent me into the desert to see what it was that was high up on the mountain. This mysterious object appeared to be an elongated oval shape in a remote part of the desert that requires a high clearance vehicle just to get a closer look, but to see it on foot requires a treacherous hike up a mountain through the arizona backcountry. I finally left the city to put an end to this mystery and you wont believe the things I found along the way. I used my dji mini 4 pro to take a closer look down in a ravine and up on a mesa, the things I saw were mind blowing!
This canyon is nearly impossible to reach on foot, so I used a drone to explore what the Arizona desert normally keeps hidden. Steep drop-offs, loose rock, and rugged terrain make this place extremely dangerous to hike, but from the air, it reveals details you’d never be able to see from below. I carefully fly my drone deep into the canyon walls, scanning caves, alcoves, and hidden crevices for anything unusual — from signs of ancient human activity to fossils left behind when this land was once underwater.
I went looking for fossils in an ancient sea bed in southcentral Arizona, but my hike quickly took a turn when I broke out my drone. I started flying it around the river and edge of the cliff until I spotted something that I couldnt ignore......It appeared to be a cave, and the more I searched the area with my drone, the more I found. I quickly dropped everything and in a race against time I hiked up to the cave to see what was inside. Later in the video I visit one of the LARGEST Alcoves in Arizona that I've ever seen, and it WAS NOT Empty.

I set out to explore the desert near Southeast Utah in search of ancient petroglyphs… but the day quickly turned into something much BIGGER. To reach the area, I first had to descend the infamous Moki Dugway — a winding gravel road carved into towering cliffs with sheer drop-offs and some of the most dramatic views in Utah. Along the way, I share the history of this legendary road and what makes the drive both terrifying and unforgettable.
While Exploring the Desert, I Found a bunch of Abandoned Military Tanks I set out in my Jeep near Yuma Arizona, and I followed a dirt trail that was located within a bombing range near the United States Mexico Border. After driving 12 miles through the desert I stumbled upon multiple abandoned dilapidated Military Tanks, but that begged the question....Why were they there and why were they so beat up.
I set out to follow an abandoned railroad grade in the Mojave Desert near Nipton, California to see what was left behind — old rail artifacts, mining history, and forgotten infrastructure. What started as a simple railbed walk turned into something much bigger when satellite maps revealed a large abandoned mill complex miles ahead. In this video I trace the route of the now-defunct mining railroad, explore the remains on the ground, and eventually make my way to Goldome Mill — a historic desert processing site with a complicated and hazardous legacy. Along the way we look at railroad history, desert mining operations, and the surprising truth about why this place is considered unsafe today.

Riding my bike along the Historic Railroad Trail just outside Boulder City, Nevada — a route originally built in the early 1930s to help construct the legendary Hoover Dam. What was once a railway used to haul supplies and equipment has now become one of the most unique trails in the Southwest. Along the way I explore massive railroad tunnels carved through the desert mountains, discover remnants from the construction era, and take in some incredible views overlooking Lake Mead and the surrounding landscape. This historic route offers a rare chance to travel through the same tunnels that workers once used while building one of the greatest engineering feats in American history.
In this adventure, I ride my bike along the trail that follows the old railroad route between Boulder City and Railroad Pass, a line that once played an important role during the construction of Hoover Dam in the 1930s. Along the way, I stop to explore some interesting things still hiding along the route — the old railroad , desert scenery, and a few overlooked pieces of Nevada history that most people drive right past. Eventually the trail leads me to one of the most historic places in southern Nevada: Railroad Pass Casino. Despite the name, the casino wasn’t actually named after the railroad that came later. Instead, the area was already known as Railroad Pass long before the casino opened its doors in 1931.
I explored an old road in Arizona known as the Florence to Kelvin Highway, and along the way I did some Exploring with my Drone, I sent it into the desert where I uncovered a historic railroad bridge along the copper basin railway formerly the "phoenix and eastern railroad company" I continued on and eventually discovered an old wagon route that originally connected Florence Arizona to Kelvin Arizona. I continued driving my Jeep Wrangler down this rough road to see if the strange abandoned buildings were still out in the remote Desert. I ended up turning my jeep around and found a better route, and eventually I got my drone up in the air discovered that these old forgotten buildings were still there! They are known as the Gila coke ovens but many old timers refer to them as "Bee Hives" they were built in the 1870s and played a big part in Arizona's Mining History.
From Abandoned Buildings and Forgotten relics left behind in the desert… to an aging bridge "Kelvin Bridge" that once played a key role in Arizona’s early transportation routes… and the remains of old mining activity hidden in the hills—this area has stories that most people drive right past without ever knowing. Using my drone, I searched places that are nearly impossible to reach on foot, uncovering abandoned structures, exploring the rugged terrain near Kearny, Arizona, and following clues deeper into this remote landscape. But everything I found seemed to be leading somewhere. At the end of a long desert road, I arrived at the remains of a historic Ranch—an isolated and little-known site with very little recorded history. What I discovered there raised even more questions than answers.
Todays Drone Exploration begins along Highway 177, where I pull off to explore a mysterious abandoned cement structure tucked into the desert. With my drone, I circle the site, trying to piece together what it once was—likely tied to Arizona’s rich mining history. Not far down the road, I follow the Copper Basin Railway, flying my drone along the tracks and into a remote railroad tunnel carved through the rock. Along the way, I stumble across something unexpected—an abandoned RV camper buried in the brush, weathered by time and riddled with bullet holes. Nearby, I spot old railcars and forgotten structures, all slowly being reclaimed by the desert. I then make a stop in the small town of Kearny, Arizona, where I check out historic train displays and capture aerial views while sharing a bit of local history. From there, the journey continues into Winkelman, Arizona, where I walk across the historic Old Winkelman Bridge, taking in views of the Gila River.
