包青天再起风云

宋仁宗年間，包拯上任開封府尹，與幕僚公孫策、侍衛展昭、四捕快合力打擊歪風。商人之女雲千羽能言善辯，得公孫策指點成為訟師；高昌婢女紀念念精通驗屍，二女同助開封七子屢破奇案。然而，開封府內危機四伏。龐太師專橫霸道，多次加害包拯。包拯跟念念志趣相投，情愫漸生，卻發現其真正身分暗藏重大陰謀……千羽的父親雲中流心懷異志，更力指仁宗並非真龍天子！包拯面對最難審判的案件，到底會為社稷而埋沒良心，還是揭露真相？
