母校の中学校で体育教師となった西片は、10年ぶりに再会した高木さんから教育実習生として中学校に来ることになったと告げられる。西片は実習中の高木さんとの触れ合いや、中井・真野の披露宴で高木さんとの結婚を妄想する。
Nishikata, devenu professeur d'éducation physique dans son ancien lycée, revoit Takagi pour la première fois en dix ans. Il apprend qu'elle sera stagiaire dans l'établissement. Nishikata imagine alors ses échanges avec Takagi durant son stage et rêve de l'épouser lors de la réception de mariage de Nakai et Mano.
Nishikata, who became a physical education teacher at his alma mater's junior high school, is told by Takagi-san, whom he reunites with after ten years, that he will be coming to the junior high school as a student teacher. Nishikata imagines marrying Takagi-san during her internship and attending Nakai and Mano's reception.
