    Kirstie and co help Liz and Stephen source some sturdy, stylish pieces for their family home in Kent. They also kit out London couple Alistair Bray and Charlotte Campbell's bedroom. Kent couple Liz and Stephen Moss are in need of help. With three kids of their own, as well as foster children, their house has taken quite a battering. The sitting room is crammed with oversized and tired furniture, their kitchen is totally uninspiring, and the dining room is cluttered and cramped. It's up to Kirstie and the team to source and create amazing pieces that will be both sturdy and stylish. Alistair Bray and Charlotte Campbell from south-west London have recently moved into their first flat together, but after fixing some serious damp problems, they've got zero cash for furniture. Kirstie transforms their bedroom, sourcing wardrobes, drawers and even a beautiful and bespoke dressing table, all for free.

    Kirstie and the team help Zoe and Gavin make their new house into a home on a shoestring. And they also get to work on Gillian Brabin's bathroom. Zoe and Gavin from Suffolk need help. With a small child under two and a recent redundancy in the family, every penny counts as they seek to decorate and furnish their new home. Gillian Brabin, from Chorley in Lancashire, wants her bathroom transformed from cramped and chaotic into a nautical themed sanctuary. And the show takes a peek at Pearl Lowe's Somerset home, where the author and designer has embraced the world of upcycling, making for inspirational interiors.

  • S02E01 Hannah and Andy and Arfa and Salim

    Kirstie and the team help Hannah and Andy from Bedfordshire, whose maxed-out mortgage means cash is in short supply for making a functioning family room, a sewing studio for hobbyist Hannah, and a man cave where Andy can work from home. Also visiting Kirstie's store are married first-time buyers Arfa and Salim. They have a sitting room furnished with just a rug and four cushions. But Arfa is dead against second hand. Can the team convince them otherwise?

    Kirstie comes to the rescue of Louise, whose first-time flat purchase has turned into such a money pit that she's moved back in with her parents, renting out the flat's only habitable bedroom to cover the mortgage. Young lovebirds Ferne and Peter have only kitted out the bedroom in their new home so far and need to get cracking on the rest of their flat. And Kirstie discovers ways to decorate on the cheap when she visits a Somerset cottage owned by film set designers.

    Kirstie helps young couple Christine and Chris furnish their first time buy - a tenement flat in Glasgow. Graphic Designer Chris has some out-there ideas, so it's up to Kirstie and co to bring them into line and match what's achievable. Single mum-of-two Helen Wade has moved back to the UK after spending the last 14 years in France, and wants to turn her bedroom into a lovely sanctuary for herself but also a workspace.

    Kirstie sets out to help Samantha from Eastbourne, who wants to give her local authority flat some personality. However, she'll only have free goods that look new, and she knows exactly what she wants. The team also head to Wales to help Stacey and Dave from Wrexham, who need a new kitchen - which is the hardest room in the house to furnish for free. Repurpose specialist Charis demonstrates how to bag a Belfast sink at no cost, and furniture hacker Max proudly creates a free mixer tap and a whole kitchen island, saving hundreds of pounds.
