Briscoe e Curtis sospettano anche di una studentessa, perché sua sorella, che ha problemi di ritardo mentale, era stata una delle tre preferite. McCoy e la Ross processano i tre ragazzi per stupro, e convincono la giuria le loro ragioni, ma il giudice, ribalta il verdetto.
