The Phantom Thief Kaitou Joker makes a flashy escape from Inspector Oniyama. Afterword announce he will steal the Dragon Gem from Mr. Kaneari. Meanwhile the Young Ninja Hachi endeavors to do the same.
Après avoir échappé à la police pendant le vol d'un éléphant en or, Joker, gentleman cambrioleur, annonce qu'il va dérober le joyau du dragon à Mister Kaneari, un richissime collectionneur. Celui-ci et la police vont tout faire pour l'en empêcher.
