NYPD Lou

Ein verwirrter Stadtstreicher, der sich „Lou, der Werwolf“ nennt, ist häufiger Gast auf dem Revier. Alle haben sich daran gewöhnt und keiner nimmt ihn ernst. Doch diesmal hält er den Schlüssel zu einem Mordfall in der Hand.

A man thinks he is a werewolf and demands to be locked into a cell before he kills someone. Sipowicz discovers that his estranged son's future wife has been sleeping around. A homeless man is suspected in the death of a nine-year-old. Giardella is killed before he can testify and Laura is the only witness to the crime.

Kelly et Sipowicz enquêtent sur la disparition d'un jeune garçon de neuf ans. Sur les conseils d'Albert, un adolescent, ils se rendent dans un immeuble abandonné où ils retrouvent l'enfant, mort étranglé, après avoir été violé. Un clochard est arrêté, suspecté d'être l'auteur du crime. Pendant ce temps, au poste, un homme demande à être enfermé dans une cellule, persuadé qu'il va se transformer en loup-garou, et tuer quelqu'un sous l'emprise d'une pulsion.
