An engineer from an impoverished country, El Tanika, comes to the ISPV 7 space station to have his new spacesuit tested. No one will have anything to do with his unusual suit because of the lowly status of his home country until the Debris Section volunteers to help him with the testing.
Un ingénieur d'un pays pauvre, El Tanika, vient à la station spatiale ISPV 7 pour faire tester sa nouvelle combinaison spatiale. Personne ne veut s'intéresser à cette combinaison inhabituelle en raison du statut inférieur de son pays d'origine, jusqu'à ce que la section des débris se porte volontaire pour l'aider à effectuer les tests.
Un ingegnere di El Tanika, un paese del terzo mondo, arriva alla Stazione 7 per fare certificare la tuta spaziale prodotta dalla sua piccola industria. Nessuno alla stazione lo vuole prendere in considerazione a causa della poca credibilità tecnologica del suo Paese. Solo alla Sezione Detriti decidono di dargli una mano nel test, per aiutarlo a realizzare il suo sogno, purtroppo effimero: dimostrare che anche un Paese del terzo mondo può sperare di lavorare per lo spazio.
テクノーラ社へ宇宙服の営業の為に、小国エルタニカから一人の技術者、テマラがやって来た。彼の仕事に対する純粋な姿勢を見て、採用試験を手伝うことになったハチマキたちとクレア。ところがその最後の試験のため宇宙へ出たハチマキたちの前に、軌道保安庁の巡視船が現れ、試験の中止を告げるのであった…。
Un ingeniero de un país empobrecido, El Tanika, llega a la estación espacial ISPV 7 para probar su nuevo traje espacial. Nadie tendrá nada que ver con su traje inusual debido a la baja condición de su país de origen hasta que la Sección de escombros se ofrezca como voluntario para ayudarlo con las pruebas.
