The Titanium Ranger is developed by Lightspeed, only to have the Morpher stolen by the Demons and used for evil by a human with mysterious ties to Captain Mitchell.

Lo sperimentale Titanium Morpher Lightspeed viene rubato da Diabolico, che lo usa per far combattere i Ranger (che hanno delle nuove armi, i V-lancieri) contro il malvagio Titanium Ranger, che però si rivela essere Ryan Mitchell, il figlio del Capitano Mitchell e fratello di Dana.
