根据韩国漫画《偶然发现的一天》改编。阿七在一次意外中发现，自己竟是活在一本言情漫画中的边缘角色，且要不了多久就会因为“要把心脏捐给患有先天性心脏病的漫画女主”，而被作者画死。为自救，她与跑龙套的十三号达成了交易，二人一个为生、一个为死，联手展开了一系列试图改变漫画剧情的骚操作。而阿七怎么也想不到，仅仅因为她“想活下去”的这个行为，就令漫画世界发生了翻天覆地的变化——诸多角色和路人受他们影响纷纷觉醒，背离了原本的设定，而这一结果又导致漫画世界为了修复BUG，开始倾世界之力，对两人展开追杀……
