一条大介は休暇で祖母の住むビーチリゾートへ行く。彼は、彼の古い友人である陽気な井原直と裕福なつくし野貢を含め、この休暇を忘れられないものにする多くの女の子に出会い、彼をめぐって競争を始めます。大介はまた、従妹の衣替麻耶と彼女の不器用な友人、雨宮桃奈にも出会う。新城かなえとミカもおり、彼らも休暇中にたまたま大介と「関わる」ことになります。
