跑男团来到位于黄河中游的陕西。在体验黄土高原淳朴风土人情的同时，他们将男女两两组队，进行特产推荐官挑战。跑男团的男生们率先抵达了历史悠久的韩城，郑恺和郭麒麟的全新回归带来了别开生面的男女分组任务挑战。在山水环抱之下，四位男生将在古色古香的状元府中开启组队之旅。男嘉宾首先要认领属于自己的画像，随后通过闻香识人的方式找到与画像香味一致的女嘉宾。四对人马分组完成后，第一站来到了花馍馆大家将和手艺精湛的师傅们共同体验花馍制作的有趣过程：其中，王霏霏手戴花馍手表现场走秀笑料不断，沙溢制作的狐狸更是让大家啼笑皆非。体验过后，跑男团开启了本期的首个队伍比拼游戏——蒙眼铲棉花。结束了花馍体验后，跑男团转战来到韩城的三舍公馆，品尝以花椒为主题的原汁原味的花椒宴。
The Running Man team traveled to Shaanxi, located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. While experiencing the rustic local customs and culture of the Loess Plateau, they paired up in pairs to take on the challenge of recommending local specialties. The men first arrived in the historic city of Hancheng, where Zheng Kai and Guo Qilin returned for a unique challenge in the male-female divisions. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the four men began their team-building journey in the quaint Zhuangyuan Mansion. The male contestants first had to claim their own portraits, then use their scent to identify the female contestants. After the four pairs were divided into groups, their first stop was a flower bun restaurant, where they experienced the fascinating process of flower bun making with skilled craftsmen. Wang Feifei's hilarious runway show, complete with a flower bun watch, and Sha Yi's fox creation was a truly hilarious sight
